Sitting pretty on the 46th floor of the Skywalk Condo in W District Community Mall, Cielo Sky Bar Rooftop features a 360-degrees panoramic view of Bangkok Metropolis along with contemporary Thai-Italian inspired culinary creations from Executive Chef and nationally-renowned food stylist, Surakit “Ping” Khemkaew. To start off, “Classic Caesar Salad (Romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons) & Cold Cuts” with an accompaniment of “Herb Bread”. The main course features a choice of “200g of Australian Wagyu Beef with Potatoes, Vegetables, and Port Wine Sauce”, or “Size S (450-500g) Whole Grilled Lobster with Spicy Tomato Pasta” (the latter menu requires at least three days of advance reservation). To close off, a plated dessert of Chocolate Mousse with Caramelized Banana and Vanilla Ice Cream.
