Indulge your palates with a variety of quality Japanese menu items, served with both traditional and contemporary approaches. To start off “Mini Hotate Uzuzukuri”, slivers of Hokkaido scallops dressed with “Sushi Mori”’s signature ponzu sauce. The main course, a choice of “Jou Combo with Fresh Black Truffle”, a signature roll comprising of hamachi, salmon, foie gras, engawa, and unagi, topped with black truffles from Italy, or “Kagoshima Wagyu A5 Curry with Fresh Black Truffle”, the beef curry rice fit for a king. To finish off, “Mori Avocado Brûlée”, grilled Mexican avocado, topped with a scoop of recommended ice cream, made in house to cleanse your palates. A complimentary genmai flavored “Green Tea” served hot or cold is also included in the set menu.
