From claiming that being #2 water park in the world is bullshit! It's totally lies. The standard of service doesn't be controlled. Some very good, some very bad and some treat me like a dog.
- Some park rides have water leaks from the pipe and the day I go, the water color is emerald green. That's means the chlorine level is TOO high and dangerous to play but the staff told me that's was okay and if you feel like sunburned on your face it is chlorine eroding.
- many trash on the ground
- 4 years of building is not that old but many things is. broken.
- the way they add the instructions board on the riding is paper printing and coat with plastic and I can't stand with that.
- if you have told that it's biggest and good to visit. Waitttt The number of park rides is bad counting, they made some small silder and added them to overall number. If you have gone to another water parks in Thailand you will realize that the number of rides is equal. ex. Vana nava

จากการเคลมว่าเป็นสวนน้ำที่ดีที่สุดที่ #2 ของเอเชีย เป็นการหลอกลวงทั้งเพ ทั้งมาตรฐานการบริการและเครื่องเล่น แย่มากๆ
- เริ่มจากมาตรฐานการบริการ การบริการที่นี่ควบคุมคุณภาพไม่ได้ พนักงานบางคนดูแลดี พนักงานบางคนดูแลไม่ดี ไม่ให้เกียรติลูกค้า ไม่เป็นแบบแผนเหมือนสวนน้ำมืออาชีพที่อื่น ที่เล็กกว่านี้ แต่ดูแลดีกว่านี้
- เคลื่อนเล่นมีน้ำรั่วบ้าง น้ำน้อยบ้าง เยอะบ้าง และวันที่ไป สีน้ำเกือยทักเครื่องเล่นเป็นสีเขียวอี๊เลย อาจจะมาจากการใส่คลอรีนเยอะไป ซึ่งเรารับไม่ได้
- เจอขยะทิ้งบนพื้นเยอะมากๆ
- สวนน้ำที่อายุ 4 ปี ถือว่าไม่เก่าเลย แต่ว่านู่นนี่นั่นเสียเยอะมาก
- ป้ายแนะนำการเล่นเครื่องเล่น ใช้วัสดุเป็นกระดาษธรรมดา เคลือบพลาสติก ซึ่งเรารับไม่ได้
- จากที่เค้าบอกว่า มันใหญ่ และ เครื่องเล่นเยอะ จุคนได้เยอะ , มันำม่ขนาดนั้น จำนวนเครื่องเล่นพอๆกับวานา นาวา แหละ ส่วนพื้นที่ที่เยอะกว่า ไม่ได้ทำให้การรอเล่นเครื่องเล่นมันน้อยลงเลย ก็มีเครื่องเท่าเดิม ก็รอเท่าเดิม
