-if you didn't mentioned, will serve with medium cook, which the meat is tender & juicy.
The deep fried fresh rosemary leave could enhance the flavour.
Lamb burger
-initially I thought it is patty or slice meat or something, but it comes with a lamb rack and burger. Potato wedges are crispy and delicious as well.
One drawback is the air circulation needs to improve, as the strong oilly smell from Kitchen to the dining area, after all your whole body & clothes smell oilly.
