A small restaurant with 8 counter-seats only located in Fullerton hotel.
Chef and staff are all very nice with service mind.
Quality of the food is very good.
Fresh fishes are delivered daily every morning from Tsukiji market in Tokyo.
They are from the best sources in Japan which changes based on season of the fish, according to the chef.
Fishes are not pre-cut. the Restaurant will prepare the fish only 2 hours before service and cut the fish right before serving time.
Highly recommend this restaurant.
I would not mind going there again.
