และนี่คือเหตุผลที่บ้านเราชอบมาร้านเก่าแก่ มาอุดหนุนมาชิมในวันที่ร้านเขามีกำลัง ดีกว่ามาในวันที่เขาประกาศจะปิดตำนาน

คิดว่าร้านนี้หรือสาขาที่สุรวงศ์น่าจะเป็นร้านในความทรงจำของหลายคนเหมือนกัน

เมนูที่สั่งวันนี้ มี #สตูลิ้นวัว #ไก่ทอดสิงคโปร์ และ #คะน้าหมูกรอบ ก่อนกลับก็ไม่ลืมซื้อ #สังขยา (เขาบอกว่าไม่มีสารกันบูด) กับขนมปัง (เนื้อดีมาก) มาทานที่บ้านด้วย

The chef is 80 years old! I heard this from the restaurant staff. And this is the reason why we love to eat at old-school restaurants while owners and staffs still have energy to run their business.

Foo Mui Kee Restaurant is a Cook Shop restaurant serving tasty Western-Hainanese fusion food, established since 1932. Signature menus and awards have guaranteed the famous and legendary positioning.

They used to have 2 outlets, on Suriwongse Rd. and here on Rama 9 Rd. Since the Suriwongse outlet was shut down, everyone moved here to run family business with very first staffs. Believe it or not, Foo Mui Kee, this name is the memorable restaurants for many of Bangkok people aging 30+.

Today we ordered Beef Tongue Stew - สตูลิ้นวัว, Crispy Singaporean Fried Chicken - ไก่ทอดสิงคโปร์, Stir-Fried Chinese Spinach and Crispy Pork - คะน้าหมูกรอบ, Kaya and Homemade Bread.

The service is incredibly slow. There are only 2 waiters. (We went there on weekend)
