Sitting pretty on the 37th floor of Pullman G Bangkok “Scarlett Wine Bar” is the perfect getaway from the chaotic Bangkok city life. Whet your appetites with “Beef Carpaccio”, featuring slivers of nicely marbled Wagyu beef. The main course is 200g Australian “Beef Tenderloin”, dressed beautifully with a foie gras sauce. To finish off, try the pandan leaf-infused “Creme Brulee” a French classic sweet treat with a Thai twist. A rather fulfilling treat indeed.
