The soup features the spicy, flavorsome “Tom Yum of Tiger Prawn and Prawn Head Extract with and Mutated Coconut Meat”. The main course features “Northern Style “Hunglay” Glazed, Smoked Pork Rib, Slaw of Green Mango, Shrimp Paste”, a scrumptious treat with a smokey twist and the wholesome “Murex in Curry Sauce and Climbing Wattle Leaves”. The meal ends with a “Tart of Mango, Lime, and Yam” served with coconut ice cream.
