"8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana ***"
This is the ONLY Italian restaurant outside Italy that has 3 Michelin Stars. The owner and head chef "Bombana" runs this restaurant with his passion and love.
Decor : Even though it's 3 MS restaurant, the decor is kinda cozy and comfortable.
Service : Could be better. Overall they did very good job. But when the staff set the silverware for the second course, he put a folk on my right hand and a spoon on my left hand. It was ok anyway.
Food : (It's very hard to say because, I've never been to Italy so, I don't actually know about what is under or over seasoning in their meaning.)
Roasted Foie Gras "Melanosporum" Truffle. : For me... it's bloody salty... What was going on in my mouth was salt and oil. I cannot smell Truffle as much as I should. But the Foie Gras was cooked perfectly. (For me 2/5)
Cavatelli Seafood : This is man of the meal ! Cavatelli was cooked to Al-dente level. Urchin was very fresh, also other seafood elements. Stock smell like the sea with the naughty sour taste from tomato and a kick from basil. This dish's worth 3 Michelin Stars ! (5/5)
Baby lamb : The plating was amazing. And chef Bombana chose "baby lamb", so, it was very tender and juicy. Other elements were so so and a bit too salty. (3/5)
Wild Strawberry,Vanilla Cream,Rice Gelato : Taste was just average. But I love how chef uses rice to make Gelato. And the plating was bloody beautiful. Overall (3/5)
The Petite Four was average.
Price : I don't know, for me it's expensive because Im just a boy lol
