Whampoa Keng Fish Head Steamboat
Great fish head steamboat!If you want old school Chinese-Singaporean dish, the fishhead steamboat is a must! Starting with the soup, its served in a traditional hotpot, smoking hot. There are different types of fish to pick from; the pomfert is my favorite. I love to add two extra plums for a more sour taste. The pig trotters is braised so well that its meets the "melt in the mouth" criteria. Another must have is the oua lua or oyster eggs, a traditional dish to be have with old school steamboat. The abalone is normal - have had bigger and better ones in Sheraton Vietnam and ones in HK. Though Im not a big fan of abalone. A worth to travel to place!... อ่านต่อ
