❤️: Absolutely loved the Polpo—charred freemantle 🐙 octopus, 🫑capsicum, 🐟 anchovies, and 🍆 eggplant. For pastas, I’d recommend the Canelloni with ❤️🔥🥩 wood-fire beef ossobuco ragu, 🍅 confit tomato, 🧀 buffalo ricotta, and Barolo jus.
