This little place has one of the best Khao Soi (with a big chicken leg) that I have eaten in Chiang Mai! It is a clean and cute cafe bar type of place, located in Santitham, Chang Phuaek, Chiang Mai. Their name Khanomjin Mae Ladda and they serve up pretty darn good fresh-ground coffee drinks in their sister-shop Sambai Jai Cafe,as well as the usual Thai teas etc. Along with khao soi they sell other big favourites like their namesake Khanom Jin (rice noodle).
The staff/owners are family and the husband(s) have a cellular repair shop adjacent. Very nice people in 30-40 yoa range, always pleasant and appreciative. Recommended!
