The Wagyu Steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare as requested and tasted great. I also enjoyed the caramelized garlic.
The Hokkaido Scallop Risotto was of top quality. The scallops were incredibly fresh, and the risotto was perfectly al dente! The dish had an aromatic blend of olive oil and mushrooms.
