Great food and coffee in a pleasant setting.D’Ark is a strong option for coffee but it’s also a really good option for a meal or a snack. Located across from the Gourmet Market on the ground floor of EmQuartier, D’Ark is a convenient place to grab some food while shopping or before / after a movie. The service was attentive and friendly while the dining area was comfortable and roomy (there is also some outdoor seating that’s convenient for people watching). We ordered a quick meal before a movie and had meatballs with spaghetti and a tuna salad, which came with some carrot soup during the lunch service time (before 2pm). Both dishes were prepared well and tasted good. A cafe mocha and hot chocolate completed our lunch. Both were rich and filled with just enough chocolate (or cocoa). If you’re looking for a change of pace and some western food, D’Ark is a solid choice.
