Fine Dining Specialty Burger joint (reservation only) with extra protein!Home office turned Fine Dining Burger joint (reservation only) Bounce Burger is definitely an interesting option for burgers as their house special includes cricket powder mixed into the beef, which honestly tastes just like a regular beef patty :)
We weren’t able to get a reservation as they were fully booked but ordered takeaway since we were staying quite nearby, their takeout box was well designed with instructions on how to assemble their burger. I ordered their Bounce burger, and now realize upon writing this review that the bounce probably refers to the cricket powder they added to the patty! The burger was well made, with just the right amount of grease and juice. Their bun was also really well done and had a nice crunch. Ordered as a set, the fries were nice and crispy but the milkshake was so so. Overall, a great burger place but definitely on the pricier side.
