📝: Been eyeing these pandan kaya sandwiches since my visit to Bangkok last December. But they’re in such high demand that the waiting list to order was way too long. So excited to finally get my hands on these delicious treats during their end of year booth at Siam Paragon Shopping Centre’s food fair.
❤️: I got one of the Pandan Kaya on Toast with 🥥 Young Coconut Ice Cream. The ice cream itself had bits and pieces of 💛 jackfruit and 💚 cendol in it, which added an extra depth of flavour and texture. The toast was tasty and fragrant with 🧈 butter. But my favourite would have to be the mixed box buns, with 🌱 pandan, 🧡 Thai tea, and 🩷 Pink Milk kaya filling. It was so soft and fluffy, I wish I bought more!
