📝: Part two to dinner at Omnia. Still impressed with the fully decorated interior, so pretty and beautiful to dine in.
❤️: Must order appetites are the smoked ocean trout cigar and Scotch egg of quail egg, tomato relish, pork & fennel.
The highlight of the mains were the grilled yellowfin tuna with sunflower seed & fermented mushroom vinaigrette as well as the 🐟 whole flounder with beurre noisette, lemon & capers were delish. Not just because I love fish, but it really is that good 😂.
