❤️: Been wanting to eat a good roasted pumpkin for a while and came across this Miso Roasted Pumpkin from Fishbowl. Added a panfried salmon to it on my own (I cooked my own salmon) because I can’t say no to my favorite protein, and there wasn’t enough protein in it.
However, there was way too much veggies in proportion to protein.
