📝: I’m baaaaaaack in Melbourne. First post back goes to my meal at Dessous on Flinders Lane. They have a range of Asian inspired dishes, which I originally had doubts with, but omg they were seriously tasty and delicious.
❤️: I didn’t really have a favorite dish because everything was so good! For appetisers, both the double baked gruyere souffle, as well as the char grilled 🦑 squid with 🌶️❤️🔥 sambal and 🍳 salted egg aioli were super unique - love it! For mains, I really recommend the baked vermicelli with 🦐 king prawns and 🐽 pork belly - the flavours were so bold and complex, I’d eat it any day 😋
