Layered Perfection in NST!This was my first visit to Thousand Layer, and I must say, it’s worth checking out! They specialize in viennoiserie, and their croissants and pain au chocolat are truly impressive—both in taste and presentation.
The atmosphere is warm and cozy, making it a great spot to relax, catch up with friends, or enjoy a casual date. Whether you’re here for a quick coffee break or a small gathering, this place has a welcoming vibe.
I tried the Krembullar, a brioche with vanilla diplomat cream. It was nice, though not particularly memorable. I’m looking forward to trying more of their baked goods next time to find something that stands out.
The coffee here is excellent, with three different bean options to choose from. I recommend the Orange Americano—it’s refreshing, with fresh orange juice perfectly complementing the medium roast beans.
Overall, this is a great spot for quality pastries and coffee. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!
