Serving up the most impressive and epic brunch dishes with dramatic effects, you will not be disappointed visiting them.
❤️: We got the cafe’s signature sweet dish, the Instagrammable Hotcakes where everyone’s been going on about.
A fluffy stack of ricotta and orange hotcake , seasonal fruits, chewy watermelon meringue, granola, raspberry caviar, poached pear with a side of mango sorbet, and lastly drizzled with the most amazing banana butterscotch.
I still can’t get over how good that banana butterscotch is. It was so good I would even be willing to have it on its own. But you won’t know till you try won’t you?
The Brisket, entered with a dramatic entrance. With a glass lid and smoke concealing the dish inside. Embrace that aromatic smell as you uncover the lid and let the smoke diffuse out 🌬.
You’ll be greeted with a crispy potato hash, hickory-smoked twice cooked brisket 🐮, a poached egg 🍳, pickle 🥒 and cabbage slaw, topped with spiced smoke Hollandaise, served with charred corn 🌽 on the side.
