Terrible experienceTerrible experience. They didn’t inform customers about parking lot closing hours. We went for the New Year’s Eve countdown yesterday, stayed past midnight, and left the restaurant at 1 a.m., only to find the parking lot closed and the car locked in because they close at midnight. Fine, maybe we missed the notice.
But when we asked the restaurant staff for help, they accused us of being drunk. However, they were polite to my friend and promised to assist in the morning. The next morning, we called, but no one answered or helped us.
