Homemade pasta and pizzaopen kitchen concept shop. I got the permission from the Chef to take a picture when she’s making the pizza. I’d ordered thin crust smoke salmon pizza, the dough is soft inside and crunchy as it’s thin for out later. The ingredients given are generous; many cheeses & salmon slices.
However the salmon slices are 100% completely cooked, smoke salmon it is better to serve with raw since it had gone through aged process.
will go back to try the homemade pasta next time.
