Meats are prepared using local spirits and cooked over charcoal made from eucalyptus trees found in Ubon Ratchathani province.

Aside from steaks, Thaan also delivers an amazing Japanese style A4 beef sukiyaki in soy sauce with cured egg yolk that satisfyingly oozes onto the thinly sliced beef at you cut through.
