Wow ! An amazing place for modern french food lovers!
A cozy restaurant where the quality isn't compromised. Thqnks !I recently had dinner at Bisou Bangkok, and it was an amazing night! As a foodie, this place hit all the right notes.
The staff is friendly and passionate, just like in a fancy Parisian restaurant. They seated me at my table where I got to indulge in some seriously delicious French food and wines. ill say is not Classic French food but modern version !
The chef really knows their stuff. The Hamachi Ceviche was fresh and tasty, and the Tuna Tartare was perfection. But the star of the show was definitely the Truffle French Toast. Each plate was wonderful, especially when paired with the sommelier's recommended bottle.
I also enjoyed the Endives Salad served with ginger carrot sauce, as well as the Beef Tartare and bone marrow. The Mussel and Fried Potatoes offered a modern twist on a French classic. For dessert, they offered us a homemade Macaron Yuzu, the perfect sweet ending. we were so full !!
The service was impeccable too, super friendly and attentive. The sommelier really knew their stuff and helped me pick the perfect bottle, we opted for a bottle of wine from Tenerife that I'd never tried before!
All in all, Bisou Bangkok is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food, dim lighting, a classy atmosphere, and a friendly ambiance. Whether it's a special occasion or just a night out, you won't be disappointed! Thanks, I'll be back soon! They also offer valet service in front of the restaurant, making it easy to get to.
