Mouthwatering Menu, Packed Quality, Need Better ManagedMuteki by Mugendai ia a Casual Japanese which just open a new branch at Open House on 6th Floor, Central Embassy.
Huge selection on the menu, everything look good. However, the service at the counter seemed to be lost. But I think because they just open. We ordered 1 grilled gingo but we received 2, return one still got charged in the bill for 2. Received soufflé pancakes before entrees.
Anyway, we ordered the wagyu burger, wagyu rolls, grilled wagyu with rice and soufflé pancake.
The cheese on the burger hasn't melted yet. And the taste was just ordinary. But the fried that come with was good.
The rolls was ok, the grilled wagyu was good but the portion was tiny.
Soufflé pancake seems to be a highlight of this place. It was well prepared however the concept of soufflé is uncooked so you can smell raw egg in the pancake and it was a bit eggy + watery.
pricewise is expensive as expected. They charged you extra VAT and extra service charges although it's a self service.
