❤️: The 🍳 Chilli Barramundi Folded Eggs was an absolute flavor explosion, combining sous vide line-caught 🐟 barramundi with 🌶️ sambal oelek, chili soybean oil, ☕️ coffee togarashi, 🌵 native succulents, bonito flakes, and served on crispy 🍞 sourdough. The mix of ingredients in this dish is unlike anything I’ve tasted before, and it’s nothing short of extraordinary.
