Special rice dish in Suratthani I guess?The rice dish is unique, there have few shops in Suratthani sell this. Pork meats with water spinach overflow by coconut milk. The coconut milk taste not that strong but it's mix with cornstarch. The chili paste I guess there taste like mild curry powder, this dish remind me of Malaysia Penang style white curry.
The noodle soup and satay are delicious as well
