Somtum chaba local Thai food#LMWNUC2023
When I was new to Hatyai, been to this shop four times, and the 3rd times only realized that it just a same shop in the area. What make me confused was, it has two main doors, I’m not sure which is back or main entrance. As at one door’s entrance, it’s with air conditioning space, whereas actually if you walk deeper (out from air conditioning indoor) , it’s not only a kitchen but an open space with many tables and there has another entrance, the decoration totally different which made me thought of two different shops.
I figure out that the must order dish in this restaurant is deep fried food, especially deep fried with garlic. It can be squid or fish, so crunchy and delicious. The flour batter has been added flavor.
