📝: Finally managed to check out HER Bar, the day-long cocktail bar, to see what the talk is all about. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting anything extraordinary before going but, omg, they surely impressed. This dinner was one of my favorite dinners so far lately in Melbourne.
❤️: The menu is a modern take on French inspired food. The small bites were, in my opinion, a miss, but the small sharing dishes and mains were absolutely stunning.
Their 🇫🇷🥔 Parisian Style Gnocchi with Mushrooms were AMAZING—the gnocchi is made from choux pastry with a delicately crispy exterior and each bite was an explosion of umami.
The 🐔🍗 Roast Bannockburn Chicken itself was delicious but not mind-blowing, however the 🧈🥔 Paris Mash that came with it was TO DIE FOR 😍. You’re missing out if you didn’t get to try!
This might surprise you but their side of 🥕 Carrot Salad with Almond Cream, Celery, Vadouvan & Curry Leaves was so refreshingly delicious. Paired so perfectly with the mains.
