Though the taste may not be truly Thai authentic as it would taste in Thailand, but the taste has been modified to better suit the taste preferences here.
Lemongrass opened in 1989 with the inspiration and support of Grandlady Boonchoo, regarded as the High Priestess of Royal Cuisine in Bangkok.
Each dish, each curry and each paste is handmade from scratch according to techniques and recipes handed down from Grandlady Boonchoo.
❤️: Lemongrass’ signatures features Roast Lamb Shanks in Massaman Curry. Massaman, a curry dish of Thailand of creamy rich and relatively mild taste. This curry dish is namely Thailand's best dish, having been awarded the World's Best Food of the 50 best foods ever created, ranked by the CNN. This coconut-based meat curry masterfully blends the herbs, spices and, coconut milk, into a full-bodied, rich, and creamy curry.
Another stunning dish with stunning presentation is the Seafood Hor Mok Curry, served and steamed in a whole coconut.
But our favorite of the night goes to the Pineapple Fried Rice, served inside a pineapple fruit. You can smell the wok aroma from far away. It’s just so aromatic, and flavorful. The winner of tonight.
