Grilled Australian Strip Loin
“Don’t Missed It”If you guys are “Foodies” like us. Don’t miss it. They served same menus as dinner time. But smaller portion-means you can have a bit of this-a bit of that. So, weekend brunch is recommended. If you asked me “What menu you recommended”? I’ll say “Everything”. They’re all delicious. “Crab Cake” is my first dish, 2-bite size crab cake. It’s very delicious. “Ahi Tuna Tartare” is so good, very fresh and a bit spicy from Wasabi Aioli. My second dish is “Foie Gras”. Don’t like any other served in Intl’ hotel Buffet. It’s perfectly pan-seard, not greasy, served with yummy fig paste & peach reduction. My friend try “Smoked Salmon Carpaccio”. Don’t miss warm “Truffle Soup”, Its so fragrance. Served in a small glass with a sliced of truffle mushroom. “Soft-Shell Crab Salad” is also recommended. It’s crispy, freshly from Citrus vinaigrette. For entrée, beef lovers will be happy. “Grilled Australian Strip loin” is so good. Not a huge piece of strip loin, but very juicy. I loved “Grilled Lamp Chops”. Its don’t have any smelly, which I don’t like it-Ha Ha… For pasta lovers, don’t miss to try “Spaghetti a la Vongole”. Their desserts are all goods. “Tart Tartin” “Harvey Chocolate's Fondant” or “Crepe Suzette” are worth to try (if you still have room for them). You can see what’s going-on in their open-kitchen.
