nice fusion for japanese foodFirst of all, I have to give a big thank to Wongnai and all staffs again for invited me to this greal meal!!
At Sakana, the area was not spacious, but that didn't make me feel like "crame" at all : ) Tables were set in and outside, so you can make your choice. I also saw Mac inside ready to be used, but i didnt know about its usage conditions.
About food, many things were served today, and all of them were impressive. Some abalone menu were served and that surprised so much!!
Here are some of my favourites at Sakana, first, if abalone and my luv uni were not counted the one I like a lot was akami sashimi in Finalé set, its extremely smooth flesh combined with its natural sweetness made a perfect sashimi.
My other favourite was Don called Sakana Tri which included salmon, uni and ikura on top.
The next one was Aburi set, actually i luv it bcoz lots of my luv things were put in this menu, for example, enkawa, unagi, matsuzak, foie gras and abalone, however all of them were grilled well.
Other favourite of mine was Duck salad, its seasoning was very tasty n the duck was nice either,
The last menu I'm gonna talk about is the one I can't remember its name, it was in similar way to thai fermented pork but it was made by salmon and akami sashimi which I think was very creative and was a very good choice for japanese restaurant in Thailand.
