Uni Boom Boom is a big importer and exporter of uni, so freshness of the uni is guaranteed! A ptruly unique cafe for crafting experimental sea urchin dishes.
❤️: The highlight was this Uni Wagyu Don. Sweet and fresh high quality Australian Short Spine Sea Urchin that has only left the sea for 24 hours. That juicy tender wagyu and duck egg yolk on top complemented the uni so well 🤤. Insane.
