📝: Finally visited the famous Le Normandie with a stunning view overlooking Chao. Since its establishment in 1958, Le Normandie has been renowned as the pinnacle of French fine dining in Thailand and since 1 December 2021, Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok had welcomed world-acclaimed Chef Alain Roux as their Chef Patron.
First part of the meal, I’ll be dedicating it to the savory dishes we got. I absolutely loved the 🌼 Zucchini Flowers with mushroom filling and truffle—they were so refreshing and light yet flavorful at the same time. The complimentary 🍞 Brioche was HEAVENLY 😍 the butter was so fragrant and pastry so flakey, I would have hundreds of them if I could.
Their main dessert was a dish inspired by 🍍🥥 Pina Colada. All the elements paired together deliciously, creating a refreshing harmony in your mouth.
The Petit Four 🍫🍰🥧🇫🇷 were delicately prepared and meticulously served, particularly the mini 🍓 Strawberry Tartlet.
They also scored extra service points by preparing a take-home 💛 Canelé for each customer
