Really?!!!"Wagyu Burger" Hyde&Seek Peek-a-Boo by Chef Ian
Ok, first, I decided to have burger today because it is #4thofjuly ! Happy Independence day guys!
Ok let's talk about burger, tempurature is just right, juicy pink medium rare. Smell of beef is pretty strong. But... the sauce is way too lemony and things in burger are way too complicated. Are all the flavours going in the same way? yes kinda. But it's like this burger is lost its focus. For me, the patty need have slightly burnt smell or chacol smell also. But anyway the good thing is the bun is super delicious lol
Now the fries, good delicious, not too salty, crispy on the skin and inside is soft. Yummy.
overall... I hate to say but it's something like 2.5-3 out of 5. Why so low? I expect more than this from ฿385 burger. #Burger #lunch #beef #wagyu #food #eat #foodreview #bangkok
