From portobello rosemary caviar siew mai, chili crab radish puff, to black truffle pork chive dumplings. One of Janice Wong’s signature piece of dessert art, featured in all her boutiques around the world from Singapore, Tokyo, to Macau, is no other than the Classic Plum. The dessert is a combination of a cassis bombe, elderflower yogurt foam, choya granita, yuzu pearls, and yuzu berries. Have it as good alone or even better when paired with Umeshu Elderflower cocktail.
