The staff who ignored when I asked for help and when I asked to see manger
The staff rudely snatched the cup threw it away in front of my eyes - which is too rude and uneducated!!!I can't believe I experienced that at Amazon. The staff rudely snatched the cup threw it away in front of my eyes - which is too rude and uneducated!!!
I ordered Iced Expresso with 25% sugar. They brought me Americano which is wrong order and I made it again with a cup of Espresso without sugar at all. I know as I drank Amazon everyday, I should know which is 25% of sugar.
I came to the female staff and asked her if it's 25% of sugar or without sugar, she was busy and went away.
Then I asked the guy in picture to add a bit sugar for me, he accidentially snatched the cup away and threw it in front of my eyes.
I asked to see Manager, they all ignored me.
My order is 37, ordered 30 minutes ago if anyone of you want to check!
WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS BRANCH? THIS IS UNACCEPTATBLE!
