- เมล็ดกาแฟที่ได้เป็น default คือ Thailand Dark Nan ร้านมีแจ้งว่าใช้เวลาทำ 7 นาที อันนี้ให้ผ่านนนน แต่ส่วนตัวคิดว่ากาแฟออกเปรี้ยวไปนิด ถ้าเปลี่ยนเป็นเมล็ดอื่นอาจจะชอบมากกว่านี้ แต่นมคือโอเคเลย เย็นๆ ออกหวานๆมันๆนิดนึง ได้รับรสชาติกาแฟหลาย layer
- Default coffee beans are Thailand Dark Nan. The shop notified us that it takes around 7 minutes to prepare which was a good sign. This one gets a pass. Personally, I think the beans were a bit too sour, if they were changed maybe I would enjoy it more, but the milk was great. Slightly sweet and slightly creamy. Would definitely try again if I had the opportunity.
Matcha Dirty (130 บาท)
- อันนี้ก็โอเคเหมือนกัน ไม่หวานมาก
- This one was also okay. Not too sweet.
Spaghetti Carbonara (170 บาท)
- เป็น carbonara ที่ไม่ค่อย authentic ใส่ parsely เยอะไปหน่อยซึงส่วนตัวคิดว่ารสชาติแรงไป ไม่ค่อยได้รสชาติพริกไทยดำเลย แต่ texture โอเคอยู่ไม่ได้น้ำหรือแห้งมากเกินไป
- Carbonara that is not authentic. The parsley was too strong for me, and there wasn't enough pepper. Texture was alright though.
Tiramisu (135 บาท)
- ส่วนตัวคิดว่าหวานไปหน่อย และ ratio ไม่ค่อยได้ มีครีมเยอะเกินไป ส่วนกาแฟที่ใช้แช่ ladyfingers คิดว่าหวานไปหน่อย ได้รสชาติเหล้าออกแนว cherry
- Personally think it was too sweet, and the ratio of cream to ladyfingers was a bit skewed to the cream part. The coffee they soaked the ladyfingers in was too sweet for me, and you could taste a hint of the liquor which had a cherry-like flavor
