Grilled Squid with Seafood Dipping Sauce
Home Cooking in Hollywood Blvd.Visiting here in Los Angeles for 2-weeks. I’m kind of boring Western Foods. It’s pile of butter and cream. So seeking for nice Thai Food. As you guys know that, LA. Is Thailand 77th. Province. They have “Thai Town”. So, finding Thai Food is so easy. This restaurant is Authentic Thai Style Restaurant, not street foods, but not too formal-don’t be afraid. The way they cooked-the way they served, like you’re cooking at home. Today I ordered a simple Thai menus. Of course they come with “Hom Mali” steamed rice-so good. “Grilled Squid with Seafood Dipping Sauce” is good. The squid is nice, its thick, char-grilled, and the dipping sauce is spicy-tangy, you’ll loved it. “Stir-fried Morning Glory” (do not “Euw” to me). Sometimes you need a very simple dish not too fancy. I’ll told you, its sooo-gooood. When you left your home town for 2-weeks like me, it’s so good. For the soup “Jim Jum”, sound good? My farang friends loved it. Thai Sha-Bu Sha-Bu. They have fun to cooked at your own table. They served on portable gas burner. Since you have that activities on the go. You don’t care no more about safety regulations…ha ha ha. You’ll see group of Thai peoples, who works/ or live here come for their dinner. It’s kind of warm ambience.
