Classic spot for year round Mango Sticky RiceWorth the wait? As usual, quite a long queue at Mae Varee (depending on when you swing by) only made longer now that you can order from several online channels.
However, their sticky rice with coconut milk is still one of the best in Bangkok, as it remains rich and creamy and goes very well with the sweet golden mangoes that are currently in season.
For reference, mango season usually coincides with Thailand’s hot season, March through May. But luckily for us Mango-lovers, advancements in agriculture now allow for Mangoes to be grown all-year around :)
