❤️: We tried a range of different dishes with my favorite being the Crispy roast chicken with toum, slathered with fermented garlic caramel and marjoram. My boyfriend, however, loved the Bouillabaisse Bolognese with a twist, usinf Shanghai noodles, prawn/bacon (XO), smoked koji, and lamb ragu, topped with cucumber/shallots. Apparent was his best dish this Sydney trip so you better give it a try 🤣.
