Black Tagliatelle With Crab And Zucchini
“Delizioso”-This place is one of my favorite ristorante in Chiang Mai. I’ve to visit once flew here. They served originale Italian home-style cooking like your grand ma did. The things that make their food so unique are fresh ingredients, seasoned with the right seasoning. It’s come out incredibly good. -“Tapenade” I loved this dish so much. Always frustrated every time when ran out of it. It’s compliments. Taste so dammm-good. Black olive puree with sundried tomato, anchovy. Serving with Ciabatta or Grissini (Italian bread stick). -“Calamari” The other antipasti that I love. Just a simple deep-fried squid rings served with tomato salsa and drizzling with lemon juice. Absolutely delicious. -“Pasta dish” There are tons of pasta dishes here. If you don’t have any idea, “Seafood Spaghetti with White Wine Sauce” is recommended. It’s not in the menu, but you can requested. Or someone need a bit more fancy, “Black Tagliatelle With Crab And Zucchini” is a good choice. -I also order “Trout Seared with Sage Butter”. They use trout from “Royal Project”. Pan-seared in olive oil and fragrance sage leaf. When served, just seasoned with salted-pepper and a bit kick of lime. Located in “Kad Klang Wiang” in old Chiang Mai moat. Most of the clients are expat. But don’t be shine, go and try once. You guys gonna loved it, believe me.... อ่านต่อ
