finally, I'm homeThis is the place I go to whenever I crave a really good steak. The servers and staff are always polite and welcoming. Very nice atmosphere and relaxing ambient As we sat down a warm loaf of bread and whipped up butter are served. The bread here compliments the butter well as it's warmed and has a nice texture to it, not too hard or soft. We ordered the Cowboy Bone-in rib eye medium rare which is the staple of this establishment. Another reason I like this place is because the steaks are served hot on a 500° plate. Very juicy, tender and steak remains warm as you eat. It was made with butter, salt and paper and a pinch of rosemary. Another new addition to the menu is New York Strip Bone-in which is also good. We ordered Mashed Potatoes with roasted garlic and caesar salad for the sides and end the meal with Chocolate Sin Cake.
