Crab Fried Rice
Seafood in TownI have some business discussion around here. My friend recommended me to have lunch. I don’t expect to have a buffet lunch on weekday. But here it is. They served Seafood Buffet Lunch Mon.-Fri. with quality seafood. I always ignore for breadbasket they served (to save my space for Entrees). But their bread is soo-good. It’s a kind of country bread with pistachio nuts. It smells of sour dough which I loved. The texture of the bread is good-not too soft-not too tough. I starts with “Salmon Rillettes”. A creamy salmon served with Melba toast is delicious. My friend has “Salad Nicoise”. It’s very elegance. They served with seared Ahi Tuna and Poached Eggs. Its very fresh and the vinaigrette is tasty. They have variety of seafood for us. They’re premium quality served. I loved steamed Alaskan Crab Legs. Not a teenee-tiny crab legs as other hotel buffet line. It’s huge, fresh, pre-cracked for you (which I love most, ’Coz I’m tired to cracked it-but loved to eat it). They also have fresh oyster, served both Thai style or red wine vinegar as your favorites. Bolied river prawn and NZ mussel also good. You can choose variety of sauce since: Thai seafood dipping sauce-to-Cocktail sauce. Fill up your stomach with “Crab Fried Rice”-I added the extra Alaskan Crab to it, soo-good. Coffee or tea is included. Their Café Latte is good, they’re thick-creamy-aromas. Served with a bite of Chocolate cookie. But if you’re in a hurry lunch, I don’t recommended. Seek up when you’re free, get relax & enjoy the meal. “Bon-Appetite”
