Tasteless and Watery Pasta, Slow Service, Arrogant HostI'm a huge fan of Jamie and his foodtube. However, this place is definitely a failure. I've been there 4 times.
1st time, I didn't get a seat because the host told us that we need a reservation (although half of the restaurant was empty)
2nd time, the host ignored Thai ppl who were in line and prefer to speak English. (Well, I'm Thai and I had to pretend to be foreigner to get her attention). We got the seats. So we ordered Gennaro's Spaghetti Bolognese and salad. The Bolognese was just ok. A bit watery and blandly. I saw Gennaro on YouTube before, the recipe supposed to be very intense and full of favors. Anyway, the server was nice.
3rd time, no problem with the host, server was nice. We ordered the special steak salad. Again it was just ok, the steak was cold.
4th time, no problem with the host but the service was very slow. We ordered Superfood salad but got Ceasar. The crabs spaghetti was watery and tasteless. The Italian sausage pizza was dry and the vegetables that they served wasn't fresh. Also they had to revise the bill because they charge us both Ceasar salad and Superfood :(
Probably no 5th time for me. Very disappointed.
