Mouth Restaurant is one of the most traditional dim sum places that you can find at Marina Square, Singapore.Located just next to the information center. Mouth restaurant offers many traditional dimsum dishes that is quite hard to find else where. My personal favorite are the liu sha bao (lava bun) that oozes out creamy egg yolk color juice. Next is the bbq pork pie or cha siu shou which is so hard to find even if you are in HK! This dish is only available on weekends. The steamed bbq pork bun brings will just brings a nostalgic feeling with its smoking warm bun and savory bbq pork filling.
The service is also pretty good especially if you can communicate in mandarin. If not they will have a few English speaking staffs for you.
Dont forget the best tea to wash down dim sum is either Jasmin tea or Pu Er tea.
