It took them so long to notice us each time, and they never clean the tables after customers leave so all the tables were left dirty for at least an hour. The dirty tables just kept adding up, which ruined the atmosphere.
The food here was not as good as the other Bonchon branches I’ve had. They also served our chicken in two batches. We ordered a chicken dish and all pieces came except for ONE singular drumstick, which came on its own 10 minutes later (I’m assuming they counted wrong and did not fry enough to make a whole dish).
The raw prawn and salmon that we ordered were also not fresh at all. The sauce was way too sweet. I don’t recommend at all.
The good thing I did enjoy was the welcome drink of butterfly pea lemonade and the fries.
