Lobster Termidor
“Another Best Brunch”Getting up so late today. I decide to having my brunch @ VUI Restaurant, St. Regis Hotel, Rajdamri rd. Heading up to 12th. Floor of luxury St. Regis Hotel, Bangkok. First, I think they kind of a like other hotel brunch. They included mocktails/ smotthies/ soft drinks/ & etc. Apart from buffet line, they provide us special menus such, Lobster (unlimited)-you can choose from Lobster Termidor/ Sashimi (which I love most)/ or even simple grilled lobster. “Pan-fried Foie gras” (if you guys who don’t worried about choredterol…☺). “Steamed Snow Fish”-Chinese Style is also good for me. For beef-eaters, you can enjoy perfected grilled Sirloins or Lamp racks. They also provided breakfast menus, like: Egg Benedict/ truffle-scene scramble for you. When we finished the savories, the dessert is makes me exited. They’re gorgeous & marvelous. There’re ice creams with plenty of toppings to enjoy, mousses, many choices of cake & macaroons compliments with your choices of your favorite coffee/ tea/ hot or cold. If you bring your kids, they provided “Cotton Candy” made by yourself. Your kids gonna loved it. With the cost of ฿ 2,4xxx++ seems a bit pricy, but I guaranty you that its worth to try once.
