White Shiraz ROSE

บรรยากาศไม่ต้องพูดถึง แม้จะเวลาใกล้เที่ยง แต่บนร้านเย็นสบายมาก chilled crab มาพร้อมเซ็ต และไวน์ขาวที่เราว่ารสชาติก็ดีแล้นะ แต่พอไปลอง rose นี้อร่อยกว่ามาก เสียดายที่ shiraz หมด crispy snapp หรือปลากระพง เผ็ดได้ใจ แนะนำอย่างมากครับดูเพิ่มเติม

the food pairing tapas brought out the very best of the the wine pairs. for example, the crab meat with apples brought out the beauty of the colombard. I particularly like the lamb with basil but felt that it was much better with the Shiraz.
